The objectives of this project are:
· To provide a safe, anonymous, multilingual and confidential place for anyone concerned about domestic or sexual violence, including men and children, to discuss their concerns.
· To contribute in the fight against HIV/AIDS by providing counselling and information to callers as part of the country’s broad prevention and care strategy.
· To provide accurate statistics to relevant government departments (Department of Justice, Social Welfare, etc.) for planning purposes.
· To link communities to relevant services in their areas through our well developed referral system.
· To develop community outreach projects that will empower communities with information and counselling skills to deal with their own problems.
